Collaborate effectively: Participants are encouraged to work collaboratively with their team members and other participants to achieve the goals of the event. They should communicate effectively, listen actively, and provide constructive feedback.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Use appropriate language: Participants are expected to use appropriate language during the event. Offensive, derogatory, or inflammatory language is not allowed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Follow instructions: Participants should follow the instructions of the event organizers and facilitators. Eligibility: Participation in the Greener CAP Capathon is open to individuals and teams who are at least 18 years old and have an interest in sustainable agriculture, climate change, and raising awareness of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP). The event is open to participants worldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Idea Submission: All participants must submit an idea that tackles an issue related to the awareness raising of the CAP, Sustainable Agriculture, and\/or Climate Change. The idea must be composed of a presentation and a video explaining the idea. Each team or individual is responsible for ensuring that their idea meets the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; The idea will be designed within the event and will constitute an original idea<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; The idea will not contain any trademark, logo, or other signs protected by copyright or IP rights<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; The idea is not subject to a previous contract with a third party<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; The idea follows the Code of Conduct of the event<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; The idea does not contain any pornographic, sexually explicit, or discriminatory content (especially discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, political orientation of individual\/groups) or that incite violence towards a living creature, or might be defined as offensive, obscene, and inappropriate<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; The idea will not violate the applicable law or encourage unlawful behaviors<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; The idea will include the visibility disclaimers of the European Union funding as identified by the organizers<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Team Leader: Each project team will appoint a leader who will be responsible for the payment procedures and reporting period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Awarded Ideas: Ideas that are awarded will be implemented by July 2023. The following payment arrangements will apply:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 50% of the award will be provided to the team at the start of their project, and the other 50% at the end of the project<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; The payment will be made via bank transfer to the leader of the awarded project idea<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; The leader of the winning team will provide the project team all receipts for the amount of the award.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Use of Images and Audiovisual Material: Participants and\/or winners consent to the downloading and use of their pictures (or video) and to the reference, reproduction, and saving of their image, voice, name, nomination, and other distinctive elements and features of their ideas in any way such as electronic and print media, on broadcast media or audiovisual content platforms, on social networks or platforms, on electronic or other promotional material intended for the purpose of organizing, promoting, and advertising the Program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Cooperation with Organizers: Participants consent to cooperate with the organizers for the production of any audiovisual material that may be created for the implementation of the Capathon and the awarding of prizes, at the discretion of the organizers, in accordance with the present detailed terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Disqualification: The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant or team that violates any of the terms and conditions outlined above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. Changes to the Terms and Conditions: The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants via email and on the Capathon website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9.
